Why we built Noeta
Clinicians are drowning in documentation. Here's the philosophy behind an ambient assistant that respects clinical judgment.
Every clinician we spoke to said the same thing: "I love the medicine, I just can't stand the charting." Notes spill into evenings, weekends, and the gap between patients shrinks until presence with the person in front of you becomes a luxury.
A different starting point
Most documentation tools start from the EHR's perspective — fields, codes, billing. Noeta starts from the conversation. We capture the visit, structure it into the template you actually use, and hand back a draft you can edit in seconds.
What we won't do
Noeta will never auto-submit a note, auto-bill, or pretend to diagnose. Every output is a draft. The clinician is the author. We surface the sentences behind every suggestion so you can verify, edit, or discard with one tap.
What's next
We're rolling out psychiatric medication parsing, DSM-aware differentials, and a chart overview that puts allergies, active meds, and the last plan in front of you the moment a chart opens. Subscribe to follow along.
