Integrations

Connect your EHR — handled by Keragon.

Noeta partners with Keragon to push notes, demographics, and visit data into 50+ EHRs and practice systems. Keragon designs, builds, and maintains the connection. They bill you directly for the development work and monthly upkeep.

Noeta does not act as a payment middleman, doesn't take a cut, and doesn't gate the integration behind our subscription. You get real EHR connectivity without us having to charge "EHR fees" or build dozens of bespoke connectors ourselves.

How the partnership works
  1. 1You request a connection to your EHR (e.g. Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athena, Practice Fusion, Kareo…).
  2. 2Keragon scopes the integration with you, quotes development time, and bills you directly.
  3. 3Once built, Keragon maintains the pipeline. Noeta exposes the data Keragon needs through our standard API.
  4. 4Notes finalized in Noeta flow into your EHR — no copy-paste, no double charting.
What Noeta provides
  • • A stable, documented data surface for Keragon to read from and write into.
  • • Signed-note webhooks so your EHR gets each finalized note in near real time.
  • • A name-and-DOB-only patient importer so you can seed your chart list without exposing PHI to a CSV.
  • • Bulk chart export (PDF + attachments) for portability and end-of-contract.
What we don't do
  • • We don't import medical history, problem lists, medications, or insurance data through a spreadsheet — that would compromise safety and verifiability.
  • • We don't build or maintain EHR-specific connectors in-house. That work goes through Keragon so it stays current and tested.
  • • We don't take a margin on Keragon's development or monthly fees.
Roadmap

What's coming

Shipping is more important than promising. These are the items we are actively designing or building.

Chrome extension — Waiting room + quick record

In design

A lightweight browser extension so the front desk can run the waiting room and clinicians can launch the recorder without switching tabs. Authenticated the same way as the main app (email + password, Google, or Apple sign-in). Published through the Chrome Web Store.

  • Waiting-room view, pinned to the toolbar
  • Manual patient check-in directly from the popup
  • One-click launch of the visit recorder
  • Same auth as the web app — no separate password
